This company initially claimed to be Carter’s baby clothing. They “shipped” the items and gave a tracking number. Item showed delivered but no package was delivered. I contacted the seller who claimed it was the delivery service that is the problem. They offered to ship again and said I would have to sign for the package. I agreed. Again the package was “shipped” with a tracking number. Item showed as delivered and once again no package. I contacted the seller and they claim it is the courier service that is the problem, that they are also out money and could only refund 70% of my money. I asked which courier service they used and have not gotten a reply. I live in a densely populated are that is easily accessible and have never had any difficulties in receiving packages. My friend also ordered from this company and her experience has been identical, down to the second package being “shipped”. She has not received her package either.
