They are posing as KOHL's department store. The ad is marketing a .99 cent deal for clothes and specifically clothes and boots. They pop up when I am browsing different sites. The are disguising themselves as Kohls - claiming to be running a big sale - everything is only .99 cents. The only reason I did it is because Kohls is reputable. The package never came and I kept receiving bogus tracking numbers telling me that it would be here soon. After a month I asked for my money back and they told me they would send it again via Express Courier. No package as of today and both times the tracking number shows that it was delivered which is a lie. All emails came from [email protected]

They will send long apologetic emails right away and ask for you to be patient or say it's in transit.
