I ordered 2 pair of socks on december 19, 2022. I was following tracking online and it eventually got to duncansville, pa (my local post office). Or at least it appeared to have gotten to duncansville. But then it never arrived. So i contacted the company and they told me that i provided an incomplete address so it was returned to their warehouse. However I have the original order with my complete address listed. They refuse to reship it and told me that since it was my fault they would only give me 25% of my money back, which i haven't received either. I contacted them many times through email and asked them to call but they refuse to call or give my money back
