I waited quite a while for it to come in the mail. When I did receive it, I put it on and took a nap and it didn't do anything that it said it was going to do. I felt absolutely nothing. It's supposed to give off a TENS unit kind of feeling when it senses a snore. So even though it showed it was charged, I charged it again after the nap wanting to give it a second try. I kept getting the same result. When I would go to sleep there was nothing that would be like a TENS unit feeling that the website described when I would snore. When I woke up, the unit was also sometimes be turned over so there's no way it could work. However, I tried over and over again for a good couple weeks wondering what I was doing wrong.
When I finally reached out to them about the problem, they said that no matter what, they really did not want me to ship the unit back. But they would give me a 8% refund and claimed that I could give it away or donate it. Or they would give me a 10% discount coupon. I emailed back and asked them how can I give away a device that didn't work.
She replied the second time saying oh I'm so sorry it didn't work. I'll give you 15% back and I didn't need to return the goods.
I emailed back again saying, you sent me a fraudulent device knowing it didn't work. I want a full 100% refund. That is what would be acceptable to me.
Now, the last email I have received from customer service stated "in order to confirm the specific problem of the product, could you please send us a video about the product after turning it on? The video will help us to confirm whether it is your incorrect use or the quality of the product. Once we receive your reply, we will confirm with relevant departments within 24 hours. In order to save your precious time, please provide the relevant information as much as possible."
How am I supposed to make a video showing if it works or not when I'm sleeping and you aren't able to hear a TENS unit pulse?
