I was looking for a Sit n Spin online. I found one at www.novabuysshop. On 12.23.23, I placed an order, and I got a tracking number, service number. [email protected]. No phone number. I was able to email them. A man's name kept popping up on my email, Maxin. He emailed something about delays, and that I could cancel, and money would be returned. I didn't want to cancel because I wanted it. I kept checking through the delivery company, daddyinexpress, to watch the tracking. It looked like it was coming from France, then through customs. Then daddyinexpress disappeared. Then I contacted Maxin saying daddyinexpress was gone. I kept retracing the time. Novabuys is gone, replaced by biggamart.com. I called my bank and they said the company who took the money is Ziniaoftec and to report it to BBB.
