I order some shoes the beginning of this year and I checked to see why I hadn't received them and the tracking update stated that they were picked up at the post office when they were supposed to been delivered to my home. I have emailed these people several times over the last 5 months and I haven't received my shoes nor a refund. I was told that they were going to resend out my items but I've never received them.

I tried to buy some live plants in January 2024. They sent a tracking number and everything, but nothing was received. They are impersonating "The Sill" website. Helen keeps responding to my emails, insisting that they will resend them when I keep telling her I want a refund. Now she's telling me they have a no-return policy which says "no refund allowed after three days of purchase". SMH

@19.99 poppedup and i purchased 3@=52.97. got the confirmation email.after 7days nothing.I sent emails of concern with no response

They used Lululemon website to trick people into believing they were buying clearance items. They sent a tracking number to my email. When i asked about why it wasn't reflecting on a eta they stopped all communications.
