This business was supposed to send bluetooth sunglasses and they sent cheap black sunglasses instead since they were out of the ordered product. Tried to receive a full refund and shipping label from the company and they would not agree. They didn't tell me prior to sending the item that it was out of stock which would be what any other company would do. They just sent what they wanted to and still charged me the same amount. I want to protect others from the same thing.
