It was a store I’d seen ads for a few times. I clicked the ad on Instagram and bought some sale stuff. It was really discounted but I thought oh they must want to move the merchandise whatever. So it takes forever to get here and when I check the shipping it’s a different company’s name but I thought ok lots of stores are actually shipping stuff from china whatever. Then the shipping page said it had been delivered but it hadn’t. Contact customer service they say sorry we’ll send it again. Again time goes by, shipping page says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. So this time I google it. And the name of the shipping company etc. and I see all these reports of people saying this happened to them and it’s a fake site and a scam

Recd confirmation emails of purchase with tracking info. When tracking said it was delivered and it was'nt, I emailed them. They said it was lost & would reship...again recd tracking info...when I did not receive again I emailed them to refund money. Nothing recd to date.

Bought sweatshirts online. They were delivered but I never received them. I can’t file a claim because the tracking number is from a Chinese carrier. They are supposed to be replacing my order. They will not send a new tracking number.

I ordered items on a website that looked identical to Natural Life’s. After the transaction was completed my statement came from ultraory.com. After 3 weeks I contacted them through the email was provided. It was delayed in customs. Two weeks later I received a notification that it was delivered. I happened to be at home, I went straight to the door and there was no package. I emailed again and they told me to check with all my neighbors to see if they have the package. I looked around snd emailed back. They arranged to expedite another package but I would have to sign for it. They provided me a fake tracking number and directed me to the 818 tracking website and it it shut down. I can’t believe that I fell for this scam, I am always careful.
