The above company is a fraud, the product and the alleged sending by UPR are the same.
I tried to purchase the monitor and got notified (in Chinese!) it had been delivered, but that never happened.
The especially annoying thing about Fritual and UPR is that they operate with a seemingly trustworthy online shipment pursuit site that ends when the order has allegedly been delivered to your home address.

My credit card company has been notified and will try to help me. Report these scammers wherever you can!

I ordered a product online through Facebook and I got a tracking number. I was tracking the product for about a month and it wasn’t coming when it said it was being delivered so I contacted their email. I was told that I needed to wait a few more weeks to get the package. When I didn’t get the package, I emailed them again, and I demanded a refund which took a couple of weeks for them to agree to and then when they finally agreed to it, I never got it and I have been contacting them ever since.

I ordered a dog pen which they claim was delivered. It was not. They offered to resend it in 29 days. Waited the 29 days, no pen. Asked for a refund on my money. They offered a 50% refund. I refused and asked for 100% refund. They countered with 65% refund. I refused and asked for 100%. They replied with a refund of all but shipping charges. I accepted that reluctantly. The money would be refunded in 10 days. It has been well over 10 days and still no money. I do not have much information on them as they only communicate through past emails. It is always signed Kristin.

My daughter ordered a Baby Bassinet Bedside Crib with Storage Basket and Wheels from Alpum on their website online. On April 14th, my daughter notified Alpum that she had not received the bassinet to date. Kristin, asked her to check her mailbox and to check the Post Office. On April 15th my daughter responded that she had not received anything yet. On Monday, April 17th, my daughter let Kristin know that she had received a 3in1 charging cable not a bassinet bedside crib. On April 17th, Kristin, sent a lengthy email telling her she needed to mail the charging cable back to the shipping company than they could refund her 40% of her cost of the bassinet. The company is located in Province, China.
