Ordered in Nov 2022 from a Facebook link for luggage. Did not learn the transaction was from Singapore until the charge went to my credit card. Attempted for 3 months through email to receive the item. Disputed the charge in Feb 2023 after repeated claims they were shipping the item.

I purchased two Christmas trees for a discounted price that were supposed to be coming from California but I got the receipt and the tracking number said that they were coming from China to Florida. When they finally showed up on the tracker, I watched them until they got to Memphis Tennessee and said they were delivered. I contacted USPS and they said that the package they delivered weighed 3 pounds and was assigned to someplace in Memphis Tennessee, but that was the tracking number they gave me for that package, I contacted them and they refused to answer me except to tell me that the package has been delivered successfully. It is now time to be putting up my Christmas trees and they will not answer me. I did not receive them I paid for them they won’t refund the money and I even bought shipping insurance from this so-called company and I would like to get my money back but I don’t know how. Ideally, I would’ve loved to of gotten the product I ordered but it’s a scam apparently and if I reorder, I still can’t use them for Christmas.
