Stupidly ordered a set of bras from the website after seeing an ad on social media without doing research. They did not state the items were coming from China, so shipping took months. Once the items finally arrived they were nothing like listed and sizing chart on the site was clearly way off as I could not even get the bra on. I emailed requesting a return/refund only for them to tell me that they could not process my request due to user error on my end. So because their quality control/sizing is off apparently it’s my fault for ordering the wrong size? I even got one band size up from what I would usually buy, but someone it’s user error. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my bank to hopefully get my money back for this low quality product that I can’t even use.

I ordered some bras, but never received them. I have emailed multiple times, and now the website is non existent
