I ordered volleyball shoes for my daughter on November 14, 2024. I received an email notification of the purchase and order number. a week later the order was still in process so I emailed the company to find out what the hold up was and they said " custom orders take 7-9 business days and your "Jersey" will be shipped when order is ready. First red flag, I ordered a pair of shoes. I made several more attempts to contact them letting them know it has been over 2 weeks and I never received reply. I checked the website that once sold only Nike and name brand shoes and they now only sell neon lights. It has a "locate order" so I input the order number that was originally sent to me several weeks ago and it shows that my shoes are still processing. I dug deeper into this company and found out before shoes, they sold watches. I believe they use the same website to take peoples money and once they delay customers long enough, they take down the items for sale and and start selling something else with no intentions on shipping them. The name of the payment went to Tran Thi Binh [email protected].

They sent me knock off shoes that are wrong size and they wont return my messages
