I was also told:
This is a remote position until the branch is commissioned. Work hours are flexible and you can work from anywhere of your choice. The pay rate is $28.75 per hour during working hours and $18.75 per hour during training hours. You will be getting your payment weekly or bi-weekly via check or direct deposit while working 35 to 40 hours weekly (7 - 8 hours daily). If you are employed, you are going to be working as a permanent/full-time employee and not an independent contractor.
NOTE: You can also continue working remotely even after the office is ready.

You will need Accounting software programs and a Time Tracker to begin your training and orientation. Most importantly, you need the software to get started with work as soon as possible.
NOTE: The work of the time tracker is to evaluate your working hours from the company's server for payment purposes as this will be an online/remote position until the branch is commissioned.
Here are the names of the software programs you will need to start work with:
Sage 50 Cloud Accounting Software, CYMA IV Accounting Software, MYOB Business Essentials Accounting Software, QuickBooks Pro Accounting Software, and a Time Tracker.
