Bought a cat tower on sale through facebook and paid through paypal, thinking that I would be safe between the two huge corporations. It never arrived and no response from seller after 2 emails to the only shady website provided. They also gave me a phony tracking number to look legit. Absolutely no way of getting in touch with anybody at this company, no way to track my "shipment". This website is a complete front for chinese scammers.

This company will advertise product for an outdoor furniture which is false advertisement. Once payment is collected which includes a $7.99 postage fee for delivery they will ship you a pouch. You are unable to reach them by email because you will receive a mailbox full email and there is no other way to contact unless you want to call China. Here is the caveat the pouch that you receive comes from the following company: Online Seller 5353 W. Imperial Highway, #900, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

You are presented with clearanced items for sale. IF you are sent something, it is NOT the item you ordered, nor is it near the value of what you ordered. Total scam. Customer service providers email doesn’t work and there is no way to contact them. I ordered a heart shaped plant stand and got a 2 inch S hook for $30 ??

Company will advertise a product, collect payment and either not ship product advertised or not at all. They falsely advertise a product then not send you what was ordered. They will not return your email and the only number they have to contact someone is in China.

They advertised outdoor furniture and delivered a pillowcase. I bought what I thought was an outdoor rattan seat with pillows and only received a pillowcase.
