Google search for bike racks for car turned up a $399 option from Seveck.com. This was about 40% lower than competitors' prices. I assumed it was like an ************* type of site. After putting in credit card info, it said I would receive tracking information within 6 days. That info never came, and neither did the product.

Gave me a tracking number that was for somebody else in our town. Said the package was delivered and signed by a particular person that was not me and when inquiring to FedEx they indicated the tracking number was for somebody else is package.
