This company owes me $106,759.45. That's how much money I've made and is currently sitting waiting on me. This is a cross-border ecommerce dropshipping platform. Customers from India would place orders in my store. I'd pay 70% of the order amount. Once orders are processed and delivered, I make 30% of the profit. I have 48hrs to fulfill orders. If I don't have enough money to pay for the order, I have to invest more money within the mall wallet, via crypto or wire transfer, or I'd have the option to use a loan from the mall operations. The issues I've had was that this company is not discreet in the rules and regulations for sellers. I wasn't given a set of rules before starting. I had to ask for it. I can only contact customer service via on the website or telegram app. They give 2hr responses which is a huge inconvenience when you need help immediately. There was a time where I lacked processing orders within a 48hr timeframe because I've asked for help to stop traffic from coming to my store so that I can process the orders I have on time. Although, customer service has stated they've stopped it, they did not. In result I had to pay $3000 via wire transfer to repair the credit of my store. Keep in mind, this ridiculous amount is nowhere in their policies for sellers. Once that was paid, they put the $3000 in my mall wallet (money used to process orders), they told me I could then withdraw however much of my money I wanted. So I put the request to have it withdrawn to my bank account. So I'm process of waiting on my request to get approved, they emailed me stating I now owe $6000 because of customer complaints and in result, the mall operations had to compensate customers. That's NOWHERE in the rules or policies that I owe for customer complaints. Nor do they warn of things to prevent your store from being in bad condition to help you stay a decent seller. They are saying once that is paid, they will let me close my store and get all of my money I made. I have also asked that they show me proof that I owe that, they have never replied. So at this point, I feel like I've been scammed. At first I didn't think it was because I had been able to withdraw twice before.
