I encountered this shop first on ETSY. Placed an order, all seems good. The shops claims next day shipping. The next day I click on my order and found the shop on the site is now inactive. Of course no shipping info was provided. 5 days later I ended up having to open a case to get my money back. Emailed the shop but didn't hear back until after the case was open. Message came on ETSY claiming an issue with overloaded orders on the popular website. I was offered a discount, free overnight shipping, 10 gloves and a spray of disinfectant for the inconvenience. The message included a link to another store. https://sewbymasks.com/collections/all The message also stated not to checkout using PayPal, I wish I had as PayPal has buyer protection.

I was unsure about the site. Looks normal but some links (twitter, facebook, insta....) sends you to the same contact form. I really need masks for my at risk parents so I took the bait. Now two days later, no package. I have sent emails to every email address I could find or have saved. Under the items there are screenshots of customer reviews, but no where on the site to read more or write reviews. So where are those reviews coming from? I just want my items or my money back or BOTH!! Its hard to know who to trust when so many people are taking advantage of this situation. I hope this hopes someone save a little money.
