I placed an order for a sewing machine part. They billed my credit card, emailed confirmation of order, said they would email when part shipped. That was the last I heard from them. They do not answer their phone. They do not return messages left on their phone. They do not reply to emails. They do not ship the paid-for part. Finally, yesterday, two months later, I asked my credit card company to reverse the payment. I also looked up https://www.trustpilot.com/review/sewingpartsguru.com to see every review there was the same complaint - every review was negative.
