Do NOT trust this "company" or Stephanie G, she will tell you 30-45 days and at the 45 day mark nothing will change in your credit score. I reached out for an update and she was very rude and will not give me a refund nor has she answered any of my calls and texts. She also went and spoke to someone else about my credit without my permission and continues to try and mediate through this other party. She's a scam artist and I will be reaching out to the BBB. I would give no stars if it was possible. Waste of $1,200
