Offer of a job without needing an interview with vendor /minute clinic as an RN. Seemed fishy. They asked for pics of my Social security card. I have never been asked for pics of these things over the phone: beware.

They asked for my full name, birthday, home address and last 4 digits of my SSN. I [censored]ically gave it to them. I already called the 4 main credit bureaus to freeze my credit reports and put out a fraud alert. My question is, did they ever use your information? Some people are saying the company is legit, it's just poorly operated. I'm freaking out my information got stolen.

I applied for a Distribution Coordinator job for *** ** *** thru a "staffing agency" located in New Jersey. A couple of heavy accent Indian people spoke with me about this "can't miss opportunity" and each time they called me 3 times a day asking for more and more personal questions. I have attached a screenshot of the email offer they sent to me via email, you can determine if it's legitimate or not.
