The alleged owner is a Sergeant deployed in Afghanistan for 3 years looking to rent his apartment for cheap through Airbnb so that somebody takes care of it.
The terms of rent is that I have to deposit two months worth of rent plus a security deposit before meeting an Airbnb agent and checking out the place.
I received an email today with Airbnb reservation, and an email from the Sergeant instructing me to go to Walmart and use Walmart2Walmart money transfer.
