Purchase what was falsely advertised as and "100% Authentic Stanley Tumbler". Received it and it was certainly a fake, with a sticker label on the bottle saying the color was "dune". Took the cup to have it verified and sure enough...fake. Contacted the company and they started borderline harassing me and refused to refund my order. Went as far as to send me a poorly written letter from "the president of Stanley". I disputed the charge with my bank and then they started calling me. Told me that I needed to call my bank back and resolve my dispute and THEN and only then would they refund me. I told them i would not be doing that without a return label which they have still yet to send me. Now they are aggresively commenting on my review I left on their page. This company is unprofessional at best and completely scamming people. Please don't make my mistake and order from shadesailgarden.com!
