We have since had another plumbing leak and the plumber that had to go into the attic and cut into the sheetrock found all of the sub par and not up to code work.
When contacted about the problem they have not responded to us or our attorney. We had to pay $3000.00 out of pocket to repair their poor workmanship. I cannot find a business license for them anywhere.
We used Shades because we have known Christi Clark (Jett's partner)for more than 17 yerars and thought they were a reputable company.
I have since spoken to another individual that they did work for and he stated that his experience was a nightmare.
