Received PayPal receipt via email that day and the receipt clearly indicated that something wasn't right:
Hello *** ***,
You sent a payment of $181.98 USD to Chinh Nguyen

Based off the vendor name and email stated in the PayPal receipt, I tried to investigate further and called Beach Body directly (no phone number listed on shakeologyusa.com website. Beach Body confirmed that there was no such order placed and that they were the only verified merchant to sell the Shakeology brand.
Tried to reach out to ShakeologyUSA via email and through PayPal merchant portal to cancel order, but received no communication.
Reached out directly to PayPal and my credit card that day to cancel the order, but my credit card required that I wait until the payment was posted and work through the dispute process. PayPal also was unable to reverse the transaction that day and recommended that I work through their dispute process if I didn't receive the product.
As of today, 8/17/19, I have received no product, but when I tried to work through the PayPal dispute, the merchant was able to fabricate a UPS tracking number that showed delivery to my town (but not specific address) on 8/01/19. I have recieved nothing and am continuing the dispute through my credit card.
The website is still up and running and a number one Google Adword hit when I Google search "Shakeology Sale".
