From an Instagram Ad, I believed I was ordering two Sol De Janeiro Ultimate Icons for Christmas. However, my package was not delivered. After numerous interactions with the customer service care team, the company agreed to reimburse me fully. However, the company is now saying they are having electronic banking issues and cannot provide a refund for items not delivered. The delivery day in question was when my husband was home and we had a ring camera. The ring camera did not alert us for that delivery.

Ordered a “Black Friday deal” through social media. Paid for item got an order number confirmation which I took a screenshot of. Never received the item.

I ordered a Brazilian lotion set, but never received any updated information in regards to when I would get the package. Any tracking information was in Chinese. Emailed the company and they said the package was on its way, I requested a refund they said to give it more time. I requested the refund again and then they told me the package was delivered and they would no longer refund me but I never received the package and the post office said the tracking number was invalid and that it was a scam.

The scammer put together a fake "store" impersonating the real Sol de Janeiro. I received a confirmation email and a shipping email with a "fake" customer service email address. The email comes from a "shakesoverti" email address which, if you search it, online searches state that this is a scam. After I made the purchase, I read the comments on the fake store Facebook page. Most of the comments warned of this being a scam. I was fooled and did an impulsive purchase.

Instagram website. Nativity set on sale for $25. I paid for it & never received it. I have contacted their customer service. They say it was delivered, but it wasn’t.
