Raymond Gene Roop is the scammer . Paid and agreed on a labor and material deal for building a deck. I advanced him a few labor payments due to a family matter. After that he no showed WAY to often. It was always something or some outlandish excuse. I actually gave him another chance to work off what he owed. He failed again to do the work. I fired him twice. It was a non dramatic departure. Then we agreed on a plan to pay me back. He did not uphold his end of the bargain and owes me $600+. He is still scamming people and evidence is shown on nextdoor.com. Picture attached is how it was left. Not to mention litter everywhere , deck not square , shoddy workmanship , broke my shovel , etc...
