I clicked on an add for gardening which brought me to the website https://shanaan.com/. I looked over the product ansd it was pretty close to what I've been looking for in gardening. I ordered the product and when it was shipped I received a tracking number from this website https://www.track718.us/. The tracking software states that my product has been delivered. It was not delivered to my house and I went to the USPS to see if they had it there. Ther person I spoke with at USPS said that my tracking number doesn't exist. I reached out by email to Shanaan and received back a plain text email that didn't look professional at all. They apologized but said it was delivered. I explained it was not. Since USPS has stated the tracking number doesn't exist leads me to believe this was fraud with a Chinese company. Now they have my information so I'll need to close down my current credit card.
