using computer. received an alert not to turn off computer.and that I would loose all infor in computer. gave phone#1-855-833-9547.. called, gave access to computer to clean out and access for fee$ to my checking account # and routing#. They were to call back the following day. Did not call. called the above #, and got run around. Called Microsoft and they said it was a scam. Paid them to go into my computer and clean out from Friday's access. Should never have let Shankar have access to my computer or my checking account ####. What a way to learn a lesson!!! I'm too trusting, I guess.
