I ordered this https://www.shantibanti.com/collections/jewelry-collections/products/flower-of-l...⇄ and got a disgusting piece of PLASTIC. i never got the 2nd item on the same order either, even though the "tracking info" said it had been delivered. I also cencelled an order on 23/4*20 and today being the 14/5/20 still have had NO RWFUND or response from them... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOTHING BIT SCAM ARTISTS AND NOTHING THEY SELL IS AS WHAT THEY DESCRIBE. NO CRYSTALS, IT ALL LIES.

I ordered and paid for a backpack and a blanket that was advertised on ShantiBanti's website. Only the blanket arrived, the backpack is still nowhere to be found, and Shantibanti keeps ignoring my messages. I have sent them emails, wrote to them via facebook messanger, and on their facebook wall. My comments have been deleted without answer. Please make them pay back for the backpack they never delivered to me.
