I ordered one pair of black shape builder leggings. I received a confirmation email of my purchase right away...then weeks went by and I never received a shipped email. I contacted them and asked when my item will be shipped. They told me it already had so I demanded a tracking number. They said ok and still didn't give it to me. I then reminded them that I need the tracking number. They replied with "I assure you it has shipped" so I demanded a tracking number or I'd report them to the BBB. Miraculously a tracking number was sent to me. By this point the entire processes was almost a month. About two weeks later I received my leggings. Not as advertised at all. Very thin...slightly thicker than pantyhose. There was also no butt scrunching as advertised. The material was cheap and the overall garment did not look as shown. They smelled awful. I tried them on anyway...they hardly fit despite going by their sizing chart. I had even gone up a size. I could hear the stitching popping. I am not a big person and I could hardly get them past my knees. Additionally, I broke out in a rash all over my legs.
Over all...do not buy from them! The fact that you have to pay for your own shipping to return an item and the maybe they will refund you is a big red flag. Spend your money on amazon.

I ordered the black leggings over a week ago maybe two weeks ago and still haven’t received them. They don’t have an actual way of communication I tried everything and can’t get a hold of anybody. I can’t even get a refund they make it clear that they don’t refund lost or stolen packages which they clearly will lie and blame it on. I wish I knew this was a scam before hand I’m very angry! ?

I wish I had known they were a scam company before I spent $40 on 2 leggings which weren’t delivered to me and now they’re acting like I can’t get a refund telling me to go track the package that’s already been sent back to them. Luckily I closed the account the PayPal was connected to. Stay away from this company and their ads on Facebook! Use Amazon for the crunchy leggings.

Scam company! Terrible product, terrible customer service. I bought the 2 pack leggings (gray and black). They are two completely different sizes and styles. The waist bands are different and everything. This is not what I paid for. They do not honor their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. They stopped responding to me and blocked my email. Don't waste your money and stay away from this scam!

TERRIBLE! I received the leggings in the mail. However, they didn’t fit. I sent an email to their customer service asking to do an exchange for a larger size. They respond back saying they can’t do a return since the item isn’t defected. When their website clearly states “to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging it came in.” They are hypocrites. Save your money and your time.

I bought 2 leggings on the 8th of April 2021 and still waiting after a month. Have been receiving replies for my email but the tracking number still shows the item is in transit since the 27th of April 2021 an it is the 8th of May 2021 today. The price was showing as New Zealand currency but my PayPal was charged for US.

I recently ordered from this company and the email they have to contact is a fake one and not even in the database. However, the email I received from them regarding my purchase does work. I tried to exchange a pair of leggings for a different size and they responded with no exchanges or returns, which is information they don't have on their website. They should specify that it's a final sale. I'm just trying to help spread the word that this company is NOT legit or trust worthy. Material of leggings is also crap! Not worth $20! DO NOT waste your money.?

I ordered leggings from this company. Unfortunately, the the leggings didnt fit. They were too small and poor quality material. I contacted the company for the return, as it is stayed on the website to contact them by email to get return address. They refused to provide a return address? This is unheard of. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away.

Same as everyone else. I bought 5 pairs of leggings $70 and never got an email confirming and never received anything , I have multiple messages emails of me trying to contact them. They really just gave me the run around. And that itself made me so mad but I just know they know what they are doing isn’t right and it’s just not cool so yea never ever again doing this

When you place an order they will take your money but you will never see your product. You cannot even track item purchased. Also no confirmation of purchase.

I placed an order with shapebuilder for 5 pairs of leggings at a total cost of just under $70 on April 4th and have not received any notification or updates. I have sent 5 emails and keep getting the run around. I want my money back! This company is a scam! STAY AWAY!

I was receiving almost the exact same responses I had to shut off my debit card and because it was a purchase I tried to make time to wait four more days for them to be able to dispute it so I can get my money back this is definitely a fraudulent company and I am so mad I wish I would’ve done my research but at least they caught it and was able to get cash out of the bank before I turn my card off and hopefully they’ll be able to get my money back for me because I don’t even use PayPal and it showed up on my bank statement that it was PayPal so it’s Alyssa it went straight to a PayPal account it wasn’t mine because I don’t have one.

Shapebuilder.net has a sponsored video ad on Facebook for leggings. When you go to the site it looks like a real website but when you pay your debit card pays a PayPal account. My order was $23 my bank showed PayPal took $28 plus right after there was a fee from ICBA for $0.25. Can’t reach the contact email. And when I googled the location it’s a store front for a real estate company. It’s not legit and they will steal your bank information.
