Purchase item from company, tried to make an exchange, company only has an email address that they don't respond too, send packages with no return label or proof of purchase that's required in the so call policy. I made a few comments on their FB page where the item is sold, that's when they reached out to me in messager with more fake information telling me to return my item and send tbe the tracking number, did that and now I have no item and noresponse
