I placed an order with Shapemint, in beige color, the confirmation said black, so immediately I tried to call, I called 6 times and sent message on confirmation, because their customer service POLICY say's 24/7, BUT no one answered or called me back. Then I get a message saying that they've already already processed my order and can't cancel it. THIS is absurd for a Company who pride's themselves on Customer Service.
