I ordered from them once and received my package within four days after a viral tiktok video put a spotlight on the company. Since then (October 2020 it is now March 2021) they have had no social media presence and have removed all reviews from their site. I placed an order March 23rd and they sent a tracking number that showed that they had yet to give the package to USPS. Two weeks later, they still haven’t shipped it. I contacted them via email (they have no phone number on their site which is also sketchy) and they claimed they shipped my order and once an order ships, they cannot provide any updates and it is officially out of their hands. I have asked for a refund twice and they will not respond. I’ve moved to contact my bank to get my money back. Disgusting behavior to be stealing people’s money. Shameful business. Do not spend a dime with them!
