They charged my credit card but never delivered the merchandise. The tracking number was bogus and I never received any merchandise.

Placed order online from TikTok. Took me directly to shapesiren.com. Made purchase and confirmed address in Atlanta, GA with order confirmation. Tracked package and it was delivered to Pennville USA. I have sent 3 emails to support@shapesiren and no response from them.

I saw an ad on TikTok for some closeout outfits that looked comfortable, so I ordered 4 of them. They were $5 each. I went to the website, which looked (and still looks) legitimate. I placed the order, and never received my items. Shop.com was used for tracking and it states that my order ended up in New Mexico. I sent an email to Shape Siren with no response. I now see that others are not receiving the items they ordered and are not receiving a response from the seller. Their items, too, show delivered in another state.

They sent multiple emails telling me it shipped. Tracking never updated. Ordered Aug 20th… gave it a few weeks because it was from China. Never received. Emailed again to them saying it was delivered to some address in Florida and I live in Maryland. They asked for my info to send out a new order. This was in October. Never received anything. Ignoring emails now.
