Purchased item on 6/29/23 and until this very day 8/10/23 I have not received my purchase and not even a courtesy call nor email from the company nor individual after the continual prolonged blind trust of the individual Robert Camp who assured me on earlier occasions after inquiring about it 7/9/23 and he responded afterwards 7/10/23 asking if I had any questions about my order and said that they were there to serve wholeheartedly and I replied 7/13/23 after the first 15 day wait time and he replied back 7/14/23 saying," after their investigation", they found that my package was in transit and provided a tracking number shipping time 6/30/23 departure country and city Paris, France. Real time information https // proinexpress.com Once again after his assurance I have yet to have received any response or package and I am no longer able to use or view that tracking number or even see the website page. I have been emailing him for the last few days and all of a sudden no response.
