Mystery Shopping scam. Reached out via email and I put in my info as an application. It's one of those scams where they send you a check and you go buy gift cards and send the gift cards and the check bounces. They sent me a fake contract that I never responded to after I was accepted and then they kept moving forward as if I had agreed to the contract. They texted me and I told them they were not legitimate.. I blocked and reported spam. Then they emailed me the next day saying they sent the check. "I hope this email finds you well. I am pleased to inform you that the payment for the first assignment has been successfully mailed. Below is the USPS tracking number:

(Insert tracking here). You can track the delivery on the USPS website to monitor its status. The payment amount is $2850 While we await the delivery, could you kindly provide your distance from the following stores?

Walgreens

CVS

Kmart

Kroger

Publix

Target

Office Depot

Albertsons

Moneytree

Dollar General

Please confirm receipt of this email also once the payment arrives.
