Product offered was main c o on kittens. Scammer wanted $300 deposit on PayPal. Wouldn't accept a credit card. Agreed to cash at his location, Drove 4 hours to location. Scammer would not answer the door or his phone.

They put up a fake site that only contact was after you gave personal information such as your name email and phone number. After that you receive an email with a cheesy questionnaire inquiring things like if you own pets, kids, if they will be indoor outdoor. Then you get a message on your phone from a guy claiming to be 'Lance' or 'Natalya Nichole' with the payment going through Zelle. When you try to inquire on the cats they will only answer back via texts and never answer any calls to the number they used to text. The address they give you when checking on picking them up is a residence and when looking up the address it is to a family home who's house number is not the same as the one you text and the names are not the same either. The 'breeder' quotes different prices per cat from 860 to 1000. They only have 2 pictures per cat and when inquiring for more you get an answer like 'I will after work' or 'I am currently busy and will do that later' they do not have any other social media page or platform other than their site or any other contact information. Both me and a friend messaged the same number and was given different names. When providing a deposit of 300 dollars they claimed it was to put a hold on the cats. Checked it the next day and the cat I placed it on was still showing on the site and when another friend inquired about the same cat I 'put on hold' they said she was still avaliable via email. So I messaged the number again asking what was up with that, I got a response " I am waiting for my web designer to take the picture of her and other kittens that have been on hold down tomorrow night'. So many red flags I really wish I paid attention to before money got involved and hopes were raised on adding a new member to the home. Reporting this to make sure they have a harder time and hopefully provide more exposure to their wrong doings so another person doesn't fall for this or worse drive all the way to the location and something sketchy happen.
