Offered free samples of two face cream products for minimal shipping charge. Weeks later, $94.94 and $91.94 were charged to my credit card. After calling the toll free number on my credit card bill, representative told me they could not refund my money however send me free products and offer me a 75% discount for future orders and told me to cancel after I receive free samples. After some online research, I discovered that others have had the same charges occur on their credit cards and were forced to cancel their cards, which I did last night and also put a dispute on the charges. On facebook, the ad offered free samples and there were no terms and conditions. If I search online, there are terms and conditions. Also, others have said that the charges on their bill have various company names associated with each charge.
