I actually got scammed by thehoverlamp.com and saw at the bottom of my receipt email that the contact support was to [email protected]...
I guess it's the same people. So annoying.

Ordered game online August 21. It is now October 4th and I still haven't received it. Customer service has not responded to any emails. Unable to track item as well- looks like they never sent. I definitely wouldn't trust this company. They sell similar games on Amazon. I'll order there instead.

I placed an order in August and no response since. Order has not arrived. They will not respond to my emails either. They removed themselves from TikTok since, as well. Order 4639.

I placed an order on SharkToss.com on August 18. Product was supposed to be mailed within 5-10 business days. It's now September 28 - a month and half later.

I emailed Customer Service three times, and received no response. Phone number on the website is not working.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!

I saw this game on tiktok and I clicked on the link and I purchased it on August 21st 2021 and I have yet this receive it. I have emailed multiple times the phone number is disconnected like stated above and another complaint, it's super disappointing because this product would probably made a killing if they weren't such a scam.

We saw this fun game that we really wanted to buy. The price was great, we checked the website and all looked good. We even looked them up and saw them online. We made a purchase. It said it would be delivered in 5-10 days. We ordered on 8/21 and nothing. I e emailed them endlessly and the number for contact is a non working number. Do not order from them!!!!

I ordered the 2 player Shark Toss game from their website, sharktoss.com on August 17th. It costed 19.49. I still have not received anything after 3 weeks. Shipping time was estimated to be 5 to 10 days. I emailed them on August 27th just to see where the order was or how to track it and got no response. SCAM.

They advertised a game for sale on tiktok. I placed an order & my card was charged. I never received a product or any communication when I reached out. The phone number on the website is not valid. The tiktok account has changed their name to drankzone. Other people have commented that they ordered & never received a product or communication.
