While on Facebook an ad pop up bath and body works products candles and body wash purchased a few which i order with my debit card i have only received an email statement that this is my receipt SHARLORY INC.
#1254-0354 products and I am not seeing anything or hear from them didn't get a tracking number

While I was online on Facebook, an ad came up for Goose Creek Candles. I clicked the button that said shop now. The website had great deals on candles so I purchased quite a few which I ordered on my credit card. I have only since received an email that says "Your SHARLORY INC receipt [#1469-1219]" The email listed another email to contact with any questions: [email protected] which I sent a message but have never heard back. It also states they partner with Stripe to provide invoicing and payment processing. I have never received a tracking number or any information regarding products ordered or if it have even been processed.
