I saw an ad on Facebook, advertising that Bath & Body Works was having an ONLINE ONLY SALE. So I clicked on the ad, it took me to a pretty legit looking website, I've been on B&BW.com before, and I couldn't tell a difference. I guess I should have paid more attention to the actual web address up top, but I was on my cellphone and it just didn't occur to me. I was trying to finish up Christmas shopping and I should have known it was a SCAM, because the deals were just "too good, to be true". Yet, despite everything, I went ahead with the purchase on good faith, that I might receive something, maybe not the full size products being shown, but at least maybe the travel size, because for what I paid, I would have been happy with either. In one more week on 2-9-2024, it will have been 2 months, since I placed the order and I also paid for express shipping and I'm still yet to receive anything. At this point, I'm giving up and coming to the realization that I was scammed. I've been careful for so long and now, I'm one of the people, I make fun of, like "how dumb can you be."

I ordered what I thought was Bath & Body on a look alike notice on the internet.
Went to local Bath & Body the next morning and was informed that it was a scam to get my information. ( being handicapped it is a struggle to go to the store)
I immediately went to the car and cancelled my credit card. I informed the credit card company that it was a scam.
They switched me to the fraud department.
This Sharon Kendrs sent them a tracking number and places the “package” had checked in as it traveled.
Fraud department said that it was not fraud as I had given my card number when I ordered . It was billing and could not be sent through that as it had already gone through fraud.
The tracking reflected that it had gone from Boston to California in one day. Also that it had been delivered the same day received in California . (Not possible).
I have been unable to contact this “Sharon Kendrs”.
No product and lost money!

Made a purchase on line was 55 dollars how I go about getting my money back.. even gave me a order number all it was FAKE!

They took my money for 2 different transactions it was supposed to be bath and bodyworks and I waited the 3-5 days for my packages to arrive and they still haven’t showed up. So I contacted bath and bodyworks by phone and they said they didn’t even have a tracking number with the one they gave me on both packages and they told me it was a scam. They told me to contact my bank and let them know that it was a scammer so they can reimburse me my money. So that’s what I did still waiting for my money to be returned.

They took my money twice for orders I did for bath and beyond I want to be reimbursed I will go to the Missouri attorney general’s office

I ordered from sharonkendrs posing as Stanley outlet store. I never received my order. Tracking information was fake. I should've known it was too good to be true, but most stores have big discounts and clearance specials for the holidays. I've already started the reversal process with my bank. Hopefully I'll get my money back.

I also ordered online sharon kendrs was presenting as bath & body. I still haven't got my things I ordered. I contacted my bank & they said it could take 60-90 days for the dispute to go through & in the meantime I dont have christmas for my family because that is what all this stuff I ordered was for. I really hope im not out my $56. dollars.

https://sharonkendrs.com/ was presenting itself as Bath & Body Works. After I made the purchase, the tracking information was invalid. My card was charged and I have not received my purchase.
