Applied for a job on ZipRecruiter, they emailed me and required that I reapply and submit an application for different jobs on their site that mainly had pages for applying for jobs. After applying I swiftly received a confirmation email that I was accepted but the email seemed like a template. Especially because the email underneath the congratulatory email, was a response from their site noting my application info.

I was hired without an interview, which was a red flag to me, especially after I requested to speak to someone. In the email I was instructed to submit all of my financial info onto their site so that I could begin my employment which included my email address and full bank information (not a routing number).

After examining the site further, I reversed image search the photo displaying “Real Estate Agent and Philanthropist, Sharon Robins” to find that it was actually Life Guru Kate Byars.

The “Human Resources Executive” that was emailing me pressingly asked for me to submit my banking info which I declined.

I applied for a job with this company and submitted my payroll deposit information. Next thing I know is that my bank account was turned over to the fraud department after two people walked into my bank branch and with my payroll info deposited the amount of $4950 in to an account that literally had $1.79 so they couldn't withdraw anything. They got caught on video by the bank. It almost cost me my account with a bank I have had a relationship with for over 20 years.
