Advertised a MAG-Luxury Magnetic Absorption Metal case on sale for 24.99 with written description, photos, a video, and even reviews. After over a month I received a plastic case worth no more than $5 from China. Thinking that I was sent the wrong item I contacted customer support. After at least 5 emails back and forth a woman named Ruby N. continued to try to convince me that the case I received was the correct case even after I sent her photos of the case I received. She offer 10% for being a valued customer but continued to explain that I could not return the products not receive a refund unless the product was damaged by the manufacturer. Then proceeded to tell me if I could break it to prove it was plastic she would refund.

I placed an order with this company and they say that orders can be cancelled within 6 hours but do not contact the customer and there is no phone number
