My wife and I received a letter from these people offering to buy 10 acres of land we purchased almost a year ago for 70k. The amount of land and purchase price is public record on the county property appraisers web site, which 'Servant Ventures' acknowledged is how they found us. Their offer price, because according to them (Now may be the perfect time to sell your unwanted land. With inflation and interest rates rising, some people are projecting an oncoming recession). With land in our area of North Florida now routinely selling for around $10,000 an acre, their offer was a whopping $11,147.65 for 10 acres! Just sign, then either e-mail the 'PurchaseAgreement' to [email protected] or take a photo of it with your phone and text it to (407)228-3597. Beware, this has SCAM written all over it!
