My wife ordered a garment (on my credit card) through the website and we received an order confirmation as well as a tracking number. When I went to track the package (which was being shipped from the USA) a few days later, the USPS website said that the address label was created but the package was never given to them (USPS). I contacted the vendor and he said thanks, keep him in the loop, etc.

More time elapses and still nothing arrives. He then says he would send out another one and I told him I would return the extra one if both show up.. I am given another waybill number, and I got the same result when I tracked it with USPS.

I advised him of this and he immediately ghosts me. He hasn't replied to any of my e-mails. This whole process started in late-May/early-June and I'm quite perturbed by it now.

I'd also like to mention that somewhere in the beginning of this exchange, he sent me this really odd e-mail on a Saturday morning that I needed to call him right away. The message looked fishy; now I wish I had kept it as I can't locate it anywhere in any of my e-mail folders.
