Shaye Anthony Morales and Mindy Morales from 304 hardscapes and more or Creat3scape Lawn Service. Known to change company names to avoid people they have scammed money from. They offer services for retaining walls, pavers, lawn services, snow shoveling and etc. Hired and paid them in advance for a retaining wall to be built and pavers laid around my pool area. They required money in advance for material and supplies. Did not start work when they were supposed to. Was taking forever to complete job. Gave many excuses why the job was taking forever to complete and would not show up to work. Gave excuses such as rain, injured, family member died, product or equipment not available and no workers to help. After 6 weeks of waiting for them to finish retaining wall, we started getting frustrated because the wall was a disaster, yard a mess, not all of our block needed to finish wall was here. Plus, gave us several excuses when we demanded that they deliver our paving stones we paid in advance for. At this point after all most 2 months, he stopped coming, and would not take any phone calls, emails or texts. Cut off all communications completely. We started calling the companies who he was supposed to have ordered our blocks and pavers from. Found out some things were ordered, but not paid for and are still sitting in the companies store yards. Some he would go and pay for and pick up a pallet of block at a time. Most of the pavers and blocks were never even ordered to begin with that we paid him in advance for. Took us for over $10,000.00 dollars. Took him to small claims court. He would not show up for any hearings. So. we did win. In process of trying to get some of our money back. Not so easy. Him and his wife are Thiefs and Scam Artists, They never had any intentions of completing anything, In addition I found several other people who made complaints on facebook, were they stopped in middle of job and scammed them out of money. They are criminals and I will be filing more complaints with other entities and hopefully opening a criminal investigation.
