Report

Receive dozens of flirt messages telling you to message them. So you pay to subscribe for the ability to message them, then they never reply. Only ever receive messages from fake profiles. Lots of bots and scams on this site. Yet Shazbot/geek2geek has taken no action, after many years of this, to create a better user verification process to prevent this issue, as many have lost money here. Legal action should be taken at this point.

A scam-riddled site that operates on fake profiles and bots. Majority of profiles appear dubious. Messages are sent to users as a way to entice them into purchasing services. I received several messages from profiles that used pictures of women with descriptions that appeared bogus— with the age of a 20 something year old posted as 90 years old as well as other parts that are incoherent or self-contradictory— being a smoker & non-smoker, having kids and also 0 kids, etc. The profiles from which messages are sent are created within hours of sending the messages and then disappear within a day. There is no customer service #, no refund policy, and whoever is running the site is unresponsive and evasive. There is no transparency. The acknowledgment of Gk2gk as a scam is widely acknowledged and publicized. They should not be in business.

You sign up for their dating site and start receiving messages from prospective women. You cannot see the messages unless you pay for a membership, but once you do the messages turn out to be from fake users using the same dozen or so initial messages. You can reply to those messages but won't ever receive a response. I've received about five messages a day from various 'women'.
