The scammer presented a website titled Filson, which is a well known retailer in Portland Oregon. They offered sales for men's clothing. My family member placed the order back in 8/21/23. They never received the product, nor a confirmation of purchase. They never received a tracking number or notification of shipment. My family member filed a complaint with the bank card, who responded that the "vendor Shcherma informed the bank that the merchandise had been shipped. To this date they have not received anything and the bank wants proof that the merchandise did not arrive. If the merchandise never arrived, how can a person provide proof? Family member did attempt to contact vendor by phone and e-mail with no response to date.
