I purchased some sneakers off her instagram account as I seen many people have purchased from her before. These sneakers were for my younger sisters birthday I paid $350 in totally and $100 of that total was for expedite shipping. I made this payment on cash app. The seller confirmed I would receive the sneakers on the 21st of March a day before my sisters birthday. I waited around for them all day and they never came I reached out to her she said there could possible be a delay. I was frustrated at this point because she had two weeks to make these sneakers and I paid extra for them to come on time which they never did. I then took it upon myself to reach out to USPS and they said they never even received the sneakers so that I would need to contact who I have ordered from. The seller told me to be patient and if they don’t arrive she will do an insurance claim for me as the sneakers were covered with insurance with the fee I paid for faster shipping. Since that last message I have messaged the seller numerous times she has not filed a claim and is continuously ignoring me. She has scammed me of $350 of my hard earned money and left my younger sister very upset not receiving the particular sneakers she wanted for her birthday. She is very bad for business.
