Ordered a Halloween mask in mid September, still have not received it and all the tracking details say is shipped. I have sent 4 follow up emails and have yet to get a response. Their submit a ticket doesn’t work either. Terrible site, I’d rather lose a toe to frost bite then buy from here again

Ordered a drone from the website over 2 months ago and still waiting for the delivery, there’s no tracker and also emailed the company for an update and was advised to contact them after 3-5 working days, however, I have been trying to contact them but there’s no response, paid £80 for a drone, seems like this company is scam, DO NOT BUY

I ordered two masks that they claim to be silicon, the white walker mask is latex, cheaply made, ripped up the back, and the other mask still hasn't shipped. False advertising for cheap bull[censored]. Won't ever order from them again. Don't waste your money.

After seeing an ad on snapchat from sheanytime for a drone that looked like a good
deal I went to the site and purchased it. I also purchase an advertised 2000mAh battery. When the battery arrived it was a 750mAh battery. I contacted via the email link. Never heard back from them. I tried twice. I'm in Florida and it took a month the
drone to get here. Upon arrival the box had been crushed and the item damaged. I will send them pics as I did before but I'm sure nothing will be done or nor will they contact me. I wont go so far as to call them a scam site but you might want to shop elsewhere. PS. I found the drone cheaper on Amazon after the fact.

Have you used the tracking number? Use it with USPS it will show you. The extended
battery is not 2000mAh. It is only 750mAh. Very false advertising. It only flies for about 10 min, not 24 like they say. My package was heavily damaged and the item damaged as well but it still functioned. The camera was not damaged but did not work at all. Hopefully when you get yours it will be in better shape and work like it should. I found same or similar item on Amazon for cheaper after the fact.

I ordered 4 sports bras on May 24, 2020. I did not receive my full order until the end of July, 2020. I have emailed the company several times requesting a refund first because the order was taking too long to fulfill and then second because the product 1. did not fit according to their size chart and 2. was not what was advertized (was a knock-off of the SheFit bra). As of 9/24/2020 I have not received ANY response, have not received a full refund, and have not been able to contact anyone regarding returning the crappy items. They however took my full $65 at the time I ordered in May. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!

Wife ordered a large R/C EXCAVATOR for my son's 9th birthday. After 3 months he finally received his package but instead of the remote control excavator he picked he got a tinly matchbox excavator. Try messaging them on website and repeatedly says captcha failed.

This company posts ads on social media (In my case on TilTok) showing the FitMe sports bra. I purchased the bra and it was not only a counterfeit product, it’s was poorly done and even sewn incorrectly. When you try to reach them on their website, it asks you to type in a Captcha but always says it’s wrong. So you can’t even contact them.
